we really enjoyed the fact that we chose banana leaf. beds just nice. it is not far from the airport. quick access to jungceylon and other tourist points.
There was nothing I didnt like.

Its location , The Lady at the Front office had a smile everytime , Loved the tastefully designed rooms .
Wi-fi was inconsistent in the rooms .

The hotel is clean. Quite new. The basic hotel need is provided (towel, hairdryer, wifi, etc). Hotel location is on a good place.
The hotel bed is just too hard...

Air Conditioning is flowing air directly to the bed. There are no thin pillows in the whole hotel. An the location of the hotel is not so bright as it seems in the advertisement.

Nice bed and free internet. The hotel is a little bit hidden behind other houses so it is quiet compare to Patong in general. The breakfast was great!
You have to tell the reception every day if you want cleaning. If you don't tell them, you don't get it. Absolutly no beautiful view from the balcony. You can hear every word from the corridor into you room.

Good Value for money. New hotel, friendly staff and central to Patong Shopping area.
The hotel is located off the street, so is hard to find, we needed to walk through a dirty back ally to get to the hotel. There is no lift, so walked up 4 flights of stairs with heavy bags to our rooms. The staff are not very helpful, they didn't even try to help with our queries.
